A lot can be accomplished in 8 weeks. This GLOW UP challenge is re-designed to help you reach your goals in a more flexible and realistic approach! Plus, you have a decent chance of winning some prizes along the way!


Here are the main things to know about the GLOW UP Challenge:


  • Dates: February 10- April 6, 2025. Current BFit members follow your exisiting plan. Challenge-only plans are delivered Feb 8th.
  • $1,000 (USD) cash grand prizes: One (1) $500 grand prize for the most consistent with participation in weekly challenges. One (1) $500 grand prize for the best overall transformation. Yes, there’s a chance you can win BOTH!! 
  • $1,500 (USD) in weekly prizes: GLP-1 Probiotic from Transcend, Boxes of Built Bar, and gift cards from American Dream Nut Butter, TaskeActive, and G-Loves. All prizes are awarded in USD. Daily participation in weekly challenges gives you the chance to win weekly prizes. The more consistent you are, the better chance you will win the overall consistency grand prize of $500.
  • All goals are welcome: No two journeys are the same, so this challenge isn’t limited to fat loss. Breanne welcomes muscle gain, body recomposition, and personal health goals like improved blood panels and other health markers alike! 
  • To Win the 'Top Transformation': Upload your "beginning" photos, measurements, and weight into the "My Journey" section in the BFit app by Feb 16, 2025, and submit updates within the app every 2-4 weeks. The top transformation will be selected from entries submitted to breannefreeman81@gmail.com by April 12, 2025.
  • You must include photos of BEFORE & AFTER, body composition changes, non-scale victories, and how BFit has helped you. This can consist of changes in scale weight, lean muscle, body measurements, body fat percentage, clothing size, and improvements in strength, sleep, health markers, blood work, and/or your relationship with workouts and food. The more data you track on your journey, the better insights you have about what you accomplished. Grand and weekly prizes will be announced in the BFit group and Breanne’s social media channels. Cash prizes are awarded via PayPal or Venmo. 
  • By submitting challenge results to Breanne Freeman for consideration for the grand prize, you also release the rights for use on Breanne's websites, emails, videos, advertisements, and social media channels. Following a macros-based nutrition plan and gathering metrics that help you navigate your transformation journey (i.e., a food tracking app like Lose It! or My Fitness Pal, progress pictures, personal bests, scale weight, and body measurements) may be utilized during this challenge to help you reach your goals, but are not mandatory to participate.
